Reservation Process.
Booking, Payment and Enquiries can all be done securely thru the internet

Reservation Process

Reservation

1. You can use the left menu “Reserve Now” to check for availability for your desired period of stay. Input the number of nights and the number of people and you will be provided a list of available apartments

2. Choose your desired apartment and you will be required to insert your details and accept the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.

3. The next step will take you to our secure payment gateway. Here you will be required to pay the full fee for the duration of your stay. All transactions are billed in Euro.

4. After payment is accepted and confirmed you will be sent an automatic email of confirmation.

5. Thereafter we will send you a rental agreement form to be signed and faxed back to us.

a. This agreement will also include a credit card authorization form to be completed and signed.

b. Security deposit, one bedroom apartments is €300 and for the two bedroom apartments is €500.

c. This charge will only be applied if there is damage to the apartment or items missing at the time of checkout. Your card will not be charged unless damage is found during your stay.

Forms of Payment

For all our apartments we accept:
# Visa, MasterCard, wire transfers and money orders (credit cards will be processed through our secure server).
# Wire transfers should be wired into our bank account in EUROS (exact information will be supplied at time of confirmation).

Arrivals and Departures

DestinationCDG Check in – 3 p.m.
DestinationCDG Check out - 11 a.m.
PLEASE NOTE: These are the standard times, if we do not have a booking for the next day then we are fine to let you stay until the late checkout time of 5pm.

Security Deposit

Upon booking, we will take your credit card information as a security/damage deposit. In case of damage to the apartment or loss of a key, we will charge your credit card the following amount: €500 (or equivalent in other currency) for the two and three bedroom apartments, and €300 (or equivalent in other currency) for the studios and one bedroom apartments.
