Cancellation Policy
Full Prepay at Booking
: 1 month or greater prior to arrival 30% cancellation fee charged
: 1 - 4 weeks prior to arrival 50% cancellation fee
: 3 - 7 days prior to arrival 75% cancellation fee
: Less than 3 days prior to arrival NO Refund

Security/Damage

Upon booking, payment is made thru our secure encrypted webpage. This payment is for your stay in the apartment and does not include the security deposit. After booking and payment is received we send you the rental agreement which also contains a credit card authorization form. In case of damage to the apartment, we will charge your credit card the following amount: €500 (or equivalent in other currency) for the two and three bedroom apartments, and €300 (or equivalent in other currency) for the studios and one bedroom apartments.

In case of any damage occurred we do not charge your credit card until we have spoken directly and discuss the details of the damage.
